文良港复活节传爱捐血运动筹获88包血液，另外有15位公众人士登记注册干细胞。

这项由沐恩社区关怀服务中心与文良港华文教会联祷会联合举办的捐血运动乃于4月8日（星期日）在该服务中心活动厅举行，时间从上午10时开始至下午5时结束。活动的主题为“您的一滴血，让生命再延续”，配合复活节期间，宣扬耶稣基督舍身流血拯救众人的博爱精神。

国家血库表示，学校假期及斋戒月是血液存量缓慢的时段，而此时举行捐血运动正好能补足血库血液。

登记干细胞在首都吉隆坡已日渐普遍，目前已有约3万个民众注册，距离我国干细胞捐献资料库（MSCR）的4万名目标已非常接近。许多当天前来捐血的民众都早已登记注册干细胞。

这项举动能够帮助找到适合骨髓及医治需要干细胞移植的疾病，包括血癌、地中海贫血、淋巴瘤、免疫失缺、再生障碍性贫血等。因此，MSCR希望能有更多团体机构在举办各类慈善公益活动时，能邀请该单位参与，招募及鼓励更多民众登记注册。

沐恩社区关怀服务中心每年都会举办两次捐血运动，来临的爱心三合一——捐血、验血及义诊运动将于10月21日举行，鼓励民众预留时间参与。

The campaign was held by the Muk En Community Care Centre and Setapak Chinese Churches Prayer community on 8th April (Sunday), at the care centre activity room from 10am to 5pm. ‘A drop of your blood makes the life continues’ was the theme for the campaign held during the Easter season to show the spirit of Jesus who scarify himself to save all kinds.

National Blood Bank said school holiday and Ramadhan season will slow down the rate of blood donation, so the campaign was held at the right timing to fulfill the blood storage.

Registry for stem cell is becoming more common in KL, there are 30 thousand registry, it is very near to the target of 40 thousand set by the Malaysian Stem Cell Registry (MSCR). Many of the donor that day had registry for the stem cell.

Such registry can help to find suitable marrow and disease that need stem cell transplant for healing, such as blood cancer, thalassemia, lymphoma, immune deficiency, aplastic anemia, etc. Therefore, MSCR hope that more organization can invite them when holding all kinds of charity event to encourage and recruit more citizen to register stem cell.

Muk En Community Care will held the blood donation campaign twice a year in April and Oct. Coming up Love Action 3 in 1 campaign will be held on 21 October (Sunday), public are welcome to join!
